Verification code or e-mail does not arrive

Two different messages come from the platform, and they are not the same thing:

MessageWhen it is sentWhat it looks like
Login verification codeEvery time you log in, if two-factor authentication is onA 6-digit code, entered on the login screen
E-mail confirmationWhen you create an account, and when you create a company from an unconfirmed addressA link or code that confirms the address itself

Most reports of "the code never arrives" are about the second one: login codes work, company creation still asks for confirmation. The two travel separately, so receiving one proves nothing about the other.

First checks

  1. Look in the spam or junk folder, and in any "Promotions" or "Other" tab your provider adds.
  2. Confirm the address you are checking is the address on the account. If you registered with a company address and are reading a personal mailbox, the message is not lost.
  3. Wait two minutes before requesting another. Every new request invalidates the previous code, so requesting repeatedly is the fastest way to end up holding only expired ones.

"Invalid or expired code"

Codes are short-lived, so a code that arrives late is already dead when you type it.

  • Use Resend code and then use the newest message only.
  • If you requested several, the valid one is the last to arrive.
  • If delivery is consistently minutes late, report it rather than retrying — that points at mail delivery, not at your account.

Wrong address on the account

If the address is wrong or no longer reachable, correct it on the login screen with Update e-mail and resend code. Do not create a second account: a second account with the same company details will collide with the first.

When to contact support

  • Login codes arrive but the company-creation confirmation never does.
  • Nothing arrives within fifteen minutes, spam folder included.
  • Every code you receive reports itself as invalid or expired.

Include the exact address, whether login codes work, and roughly when you tried. Support can confirm whether the message was accepted for delivery, which separates a platform problem from a mailbox problem.
